Nah...Stupid kid mistook the brake for the gas. You can see him slow from the turn into the parking space, and just when he goes to stop, his car speeds up. He panics, hits the pedal harder, and the car speeds up even more. He turns to the right to avoid hitting a wall—and nearly runs down a pedestrian.
